Maple Butter

Maple Butter, also known as maple cream or maple spread. Maple butter does not contain any butter or dairy.  It is obtained by heating maple syrup to a temperature of 112° C (234° F).

The preparation is then quickly cooled, and churned which turns into a creamy texture that is great on toast, muffins, oatmeal, and ice cream.
